I recently brought my vehicle in for regular service. My advisor was outstanding and the service was completed in a timely manner. My issue is they charge a 3% fee if you are using your credit card. The mark up on routine service is already well known so to squeeze more out of customers with a credit card fee is really petty. When I asked the cashier about the fee she told it was very common with restaurants—not exactly apples to apples. More
