Salesman Caesar is a very nice person but as a sales rep I expect a better attention to detail in regards to the truck having wheels that are painted differently, broken antenna, old wipers on the truck and one used tire on the right rear of the truck. I know it’s my responsibility to check these things as well but there was a stressful situation with the vehicle being advertised with the wrong milage and then having to deal with the wrong pricing. Overall I’m grateful to have gotten a somewhat decent truck but after all the issues of the transmission, the spark plugs, and coil packs the vehicle smells awful. I can’t get the smell out no matter what chlorine bomb I use and clean the interior. I’m actually taking the trim plastics off and ripping the carpet out right now. Crazy to have to do on a CPO vehicle. The other thing that bothers me are the door dings on this truck. Finance was amazing, the service department is gold standard and wants to help. More
