Went in to buy 1 used but bought 2 used cars I felt that my needs were met and staff friendlier than about 10 years ago when I was looking to purchase a new vehicle. This time my intention was to purchase an inexpensive reliable car for my son but ended up trading in my Murano and purchasing 2 used cars (Hyundai and VW). My only issues thus far are with the VW’s passenger rear view window lights that did not work and did not notice until car was purchased and driven at night - also the inside roof liner is bubbling land coming down. Volkswagen said it’s going to be hundreds to replace. Currently I’m sitting at VW waiting to get light fixed on rear mirror but cannot afford interior lining at this time. Sort of feeling a bit of buyer’s remorse for not noticing problems before purchase. By the way, I’d worked with Tony Johnson for years with my Murano and will miss his expertise. More

Todd saved the day and the deal! I started looking at Bommarito website and vehicles knowing pretty much what I wanted. I applied for financing with the Bommarito Manchester location I started looking at Bommarito website and vehicles knowing pretty much what I wanted. I applied for financing with the Bommarito Manchester location online and received no response no call and no email as it stated that I would receive shortly. I also applied for my trade-in Vehicles value and received the runaround. I completed all of the information that it asked for and received several emails from several internet sales guys asking me questions I had already answered and insisted they needed my VIN number before they could give me a value even though the website does not require that nor does any other online website value service. I went ahead and gave them all of the information again with my VIN and still never received my value or even an estimate and received another email requesting the same information I had already given them. After well over a week of no response on my finance application and still no estimated value for my trade in I was very disappointed and wasn't sure that I should proceed with purchasing a vehicle from Bommarito. I was chatting with a friend of mine about the experience and they were surprised with the service I had received. They had personal experience with Bommarito and the management. They put me in touch with Kyle Reinken to inquire about my financing application and he put me in touch with Todd Eversgerd to assist me in finding the right vehicle. Within an hour both Kyle and Todd had reached out to me and 12 hours later I was placed in my new vehicle. Todd was awesome to work with responded immediately and had the vehicles I was interested in parked in the front of the building for me to look at and test drive upon my arrival. He was very honest and efficient and I would recommend all of my friends and family to Todd. At the end of the day it turned out to be a great experience and I was extremely happy and love my new Maxima. Thank you Todd for your great service and making my experience with Bommarito a great one. More
