Everything has been remote. I haven't taken delivery quite yet but Aaron (finance) and Alex (client advisor) were both thorough without being pushy. Alex provided timely answers to all information requests and made sure I was aware of any possible imperfections even though it is a full CPO automobile. He and Aaron confirmed warranty details and made sure everything was clear for me to make an educated decision and close the deal. They worked on my timeline and assisted all the way through the remote paperwork signing. I'm very much looking forward to taking delivery in the coming days. More
