Solterra brought in for a simple recall. Was provided a loaner and the work was completed in an hour. When I arrived back home I noticed the car was properly charging but I couldn't connect Was provided a loaner and the work was completed in an hour. When I arrived back home I noticed the car was properly charging but I couldn't connect my app and control or monitor the car as normal. I had to take the car back a chatgpt advised me the car was likely in "repair" mode. The tech worked on the car for 30 minutes and told me it was likely an app issue. I told the tech what chat said and he tried the simple process. Within 2 minutes my app fired back up. The service advisor and tech were great but chat gpt and I shouldn't have to figure out the issue that was caused by a recall service. More
