We did do the test drive, but the model available didn't have some of the features we wanted on it, so our salesperson Mike Newman was going to search for other available options. In the meantime, he asked us to test drive a Kia Sorento that had everything we wanted, plus things we didn't know we wanted. Long story made short, we ended up purchasing it, and trading in the car we drove in that day. Everyone we met was pleasant and helpful to us. Mike Newman was a great guy to work with and if you need a car, go see Mike. More

Made Buying a New Car EASY! I felt very relaxed and comfortable at Paramount Kia. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and not pushy. I was thinking I was going to a killer down payment and payments would be beyond my reach. The personnel at Paramount KIA were able to work in the trade difference and rebates to allow me to have a manageable down and payment schedule. I was also thinking this would end up being an ALL DAY process but ended up only taking a few hours. More

Great experience from start to finish My car situation had me with negative equity, so it was already going to be difficult to start with. John Miller the sales consultant I worked with wa My car situation had me with negative equity, so it was already going to be difficult to start with. John Miller the sales consultant I worked with was nothing short of amazing. He explained how the process worked and what could possibly be the best car to help me lower my payment, as that was my ultimate goal. I even had my 4 year old son with me and John was wonderful with him and helped entertain him through the process. The dealership was able to lower my payment so we were good to go. Brian the financial speacilist was great in explaining everything and breaking down the paperwork so I could see all the final numbers. Then John was so helpful in setting up my new car for me and showing me all the great features. Overall it was one of the best car buying experiences and I will be back to Kia of Asheville for my future needs. More

A shout out to Aaron Hill, Brian Carter, and Josh DeHart is also in order......like I said I am NOT easy to deal with sometimes (I want the best deal possible, and then some....ha ha). I appreciate the professionalism, understanding, and diligence of the entire team. When all was said and done, I had an excellent experience with Paramount Kia, and felt that I got an excellent deal on a great vehicle, which my wife just HAD to have. What more can you ask? Two thumbs up!! More

Great Experience buying my new Niro John and Aaron got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay with all of the bells and whistles. I wanted the new hybrid SUV the Niro but I wan John and Aaron got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay with all of the bells and whistles. I wanted the new hybrid SUV the Niro but I wanted it with all the safety tech, in blue, and with a sunroof. They got one in, let me drive it off to lunch and I came back and bought it. More

EXCELLENT from beginning to END! Ended up at Kia Asheville after a log day of shopping for a car for my son. At first my intentions were to find him a vehicle I could pay cash for but Ended up at Kia Asheville after a log day of shopping for a car for my son. At first my intentions were to find him a vehicle I could pay cash for but would also be reliable as again it was for my son. I ended up at this dealership with a list of vehicles I had shopped through the day, I was greeted by sales person MIke Baxley who listened to my needs and tried to stay within my budget. We walked that lot from front to back.. I was then directed to manager Aaron who began to help me from beginning to end, going over and beyond to not only help me but make sure I was making the best purchase possible for my son and his safety. He checked all the car fax's for me of all the vehicles I have been looking at through out the day. He then took me to a car they had and gave me a incredible deal. I did end up financing some of the car whch was not my plan but the reassurance of knowing my son was in a reliable vehicle, with warranty and a clean title made it soo worth it. Furthermore, Aaron then started working on helping me get out of my 2011 Camero. It was very hard for me to let go of my camero... I have had it 7 years and was pretty attached but knew it was only getting older. However, to do this, it had to be a deal I couldn't pass up. Once again sales person Mike and Bucky working with Aaron made sure to listen to my needs, what I wanted and worked to get me where I needed to be financially so I was comfortable. I cant even begin to tell you how much I appreciated them all. I will go back to KIa Paramount again and again and suggest them FAR ABOVE any dealership I have ever been to!! THANK YOU Aaron, Mike and Bucky... and even my finance guy!! I know at the end of the day its a business, however I think I made a few friends as well! More

Andrew is awesome I was hesitant about getting a new car because of previous experiences I have had with car dealerships. I was quite surprised at Paramount Kia. I I was hesitant about getting a new car because of previous experiences I have had with car dealerships. I was quite surprised at Paramount Kia. I had a salesperson named Andrew who made all the difference in my experience there. He spent time talking to me and my wife about things other than cars as we mulled the decision and weighed our financial options. A previous salesman had picked us for an entirely different car and we kindly told Andrew we had our hearts set on a different model and he "switched gears" seamlessly and showed us to what we wanted. Even though it was less expensive than the other model, he presented its value and helped us decide on it as our car to take home. The Sales Managers brought me prices different than what I had discussed with Andrew so I had to "renegotiate" back to the original price, but this is expected with any car purchase. For me that part is nothing new. For me the selling point was the agent that showed us the cars and helped us see the benefits of each one so we could make our own decision. More

Lease a 2017 Kia Niro Terry White was the car salesman who greeted us. We were curious about the new Kia Niro hybrid small SUV that gets 50mpg. We had a list of features that we were interested in. Terry and the general manager got right on locating a Niro that came as close to our list as possible (due to limited nationwide inventory). The car they found was equipped with more features than we needed, but they made us an offer that we could not refuse on the spot. There was no pressure and we did not have to haggle to get a great price. It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had at a car dealership in 45 years. We ended up driving away with a new Niro the same day. We are very pleased overall with the dealership and the car. More
