He was very polite, not pushy but very willing to show us cars we were interested in buying. He did a great job, and we felt he was very honest and we could work with him. We went back a few days later and spoke to Buckey again because we felt we were ready to buy the car. Again very polite answered all are questions. Aaron Hill worked with us for hours to help us get the best buy for our money. He was so patient and not pushy and did not try to convince us to spend more money. He was able to work it out and we drove off with a new KIA which we love. Jordon Ogle also worked with us and he was very professional and was willing to make it work for us. I would recommend people stop by and talk to them if they are ready to buy a KIA. More

The only negative I can think of about the whole experience is that it took nearly half a day. We ended up buying a Kia Soul. We got a very good deal, and every person we dealt with was courteous and friendly. I can't blame them for offering every automobile equivalent of "you want fries with that?" because that's their job. But I congratulate them for the fact that when I said "No, thank you," they didn't pressure me any further. They also explained things in as much detail as I asked for, and on one or two points they were extremely patient in explaining something multiple ways until I understood it. Aside from the long wait (which is partly my fault for putting off going until they were so busy), they treated me exactly right! How often can you say that about a car dealership? :-) More
