Vehicle knowledge was poor, we weren’t provided options when asked. We didn’t find out that there wasn’t an extra key for the vehicle until after purchase was made, and then I asked for a resolution and wa when asked. We didn’t find out that there wasn’t an extra key for the vehicle until after purchase was made, and then I asked for a resolution and was not offer any. The financing guy was helpful and good but the rest of the experience was not. I am very upset with not having a second key and that would have been a deal breaker for me. I was told that the old owner still has the key which makes me very insecure. I wanted to make sure that we made the right purchase but weren’t given complete information about the vehicle. I won’t come or recommend buying from here again. I thought this was a good dealership and drove 2 1/2 hours for some good service and was highly disappointed. More
