He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood before moving on to the next topic. I sincerely felt as if he was going 110% above and beyond for us. He was very clear about our options and stayed with us until the deal was closed. I have been fortunate enough to be able to but multiple cars from other dealerships but Aaron has presented me with the best customer service I have received. I certainly will be recommending him to my family and friends. We had never sat down and discussed the differences between leasing and financing a car and Aaron sat with us and explained everything so perfectly that by the time we sat down to do the paperwork we knew exactly what was going to happen which was great! Aaron is definitely very highly recommend by me. More

Chingon! If it wasn’t for Aaron, I would not have bought a car at Elk Grove Subaru. First car buying experience was not so good with the first sales associate that was helping me out when I walk through the doors at Elk Grove. I was about to walk out when Aaron came over to help us! He really did make a difference I’m my decision to buy a car here! He was knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me get a really good deal on my brand new Subaru! Salesman experience was great and done with humor. When we drove onto the lot, I asked a young man where to park. Turns out, he became our salesman. Very friendly, humorous, and not pushy. He asked many questions about our likes and dislikes in vehicles, and listened to what we had to say. I hate buying cars because of “hovering” that usually happens at dealerships and pushy sales people. The Sales Staff was excellent in answering my wife’s questions and concerns, and convinced both of us we were buying a vehicle from Elk Grove Subaru that day. My wife had the salesperson Aaron Magana, take her for a test drive in every vehicle she was looking at. He was very patient with her and ultimately sold her on buying a car. She wanted an Outback, and not just any Outback on the lot. In fact, we purchased a 50th Year Anniversary Outback right off the showroom floor. Both my wife and I are very satisfied with the purchase and the follow up support from Elk Grove Subaru Staff. More

Enjoyable experience! The second I walked onto the lot, I was greeted by Aaron. He asked all the right questions to figure out which Subaru would best fit me and my budget.
