Great experience After 13 years with the same van it was time to look for a new one. Zimmerman's was the first dealership we looked at and Aaron did a great job of answering our questions and taking us on a test drive. Things have changed a lot in 13 years with a vehicle and he was very good to explain things to us. My husband was very impressed with the service department after speaking with them as well when we were looking for vans. During the 3 weeks we were looking Aaron checked with us a couple times to see if he could help us out or answer any questions, but we never felt like he was bugging us or pressuring us, just making himself available to be helpful. After spending 3 weeks looking at other dealerships we decided to go back to the one where we started....Zimmerman's. Aaron was extremely accommodating to work with us to get just what we wanted and in a very timely manner. Again, we did not feel pressured to buy anything we were not interested in. When it came time to pick up our new van Aaron patiently went over the many features with us and we are confident he will continue to do so.
