My contact consisted of many phone calls spanning two days and at every juncture the knowledge and professionalism of Zackary came across and I agreed to purchase. After a four hour drive, I found the dealership was a modern facility and most importantly "clean" with professionally dressed staff and I was over whelmed by the level of friendliness. My first contact at the dealership was the receptionist, greeted me immediately on walking into the show room with a smile an offer of bottled … could not have set the stage better. Zachary immediately let me know and feel this was a relationship purchase with O'Daniel dealership not just dealing with a quick buy off the street. The high knowledge and interest of Zackary in ensuring the selected vehicle components were fully explained and that I had a high satisfaction level at every exchange. He asked the sales manager to also provide answers to questions elevating the professionalism offered, as we discussed final sales points.
