It was great to work with Ken Garff. The staff was very helpful. No games. Great People. Way better than the experience we had Stockton 12 Honda in 2017.
I like the option of doing so much online through the chat or email. Sitting at a dealership all day is a pain. Online is the way to go.

I found the right car in the right color at the right price... but in the wrong state. I live in Colorado but the car was in Utah! Working with Abby and Jeremy I was able to get all the information I needed to make me feel comfortable about a car I had never seen. The video walk-around that Jeremy made for me was very helpful. The next day I flew in from Denver and Jeremy had all the paperwork ready to go. I was on the road back to Colorado within minutes. Thanks!

Abby Burns got me excited to drive up to the dealership and Jeremy Butler was very straight forward. Overall we had an excellent experience. Things took a little longer than we anticipated because we waited to see if someone else would buy the car that night or we would. We ended up with the exact Honda Pilot we wanted with regular fees attached. Sales tax was 7.4% instead of 6% but still less than the maximum allowed for the state of Utah and they rate matched our financing to get us all squared away. I recommend the dealership which was easy to work with as well as Jeremy.

I really hate buying cars and know how crappy the process is from the last couple of cars I bought and even when I sold cars myself at a Nissan Dealership. I worked with Jeremy in the beginning who was friendly and very professional. Really knew his stuff but he could tell I was a type of car buyer who likes the loud noise car with speed and sounds like it has power but can get great gas mileage for my long commute but understood that I work in a very professional environment and recommended the Accord and Civic to meet my needs. Test drove a few cars, he explained everything very well, had a great conversation. You could tell how much he loved the Accords and I am positive that helped my decision along with how quiet they were and how well the drove on the freeway. Especially when that Turbo kicked in. He had a few appointments and handed me off to Abby which I later found out was a newer sales rep. I would have never guessed that because of how personable she was with me and gave me the best personal experiences on side by side comparisons based on her knowledge. She was fun to talk to and sounded like we related on many things with cars and our relationship. Also a very good sales person, very stern when is comes to price and discounting which I respected very well. You can't make money if you discount every little thing or else your business would be in bad shape. Even then I still walked out feeling like I got a good deal on a my new vehicle. She is an amazing asset to the Ken Garff Riverdale team! Do not lose Abby and Jeremy!
The Financing Process could be a bit smoother and quicker regardless of people's credit situation, that's a cut and dry response area but it's 2019 and I haven't seen anything change on that end in a long time. However in my few interactions with the finance team I really liked how they still kept it in the hands of the sales people like Jeremy and Abby.
Easy to lease a nee car. The visit was not stressful. The salesperson was very easy to talk to and helpful with demonstrating the car features
