This is a very friendly but still professional place. Abby is the best person I have ever met in this type of business, and it means a lot for other women to go to a car dealership and have a woman there Abby is the best person I have ever met in this type of business, and it means a lot for other women to go to a car dealership and have a woman there. Someone who is nice and if you have questions you get spoken to in a way that your questions are answered without you feeling stupid or receiving condescending answers that may not even make sense. Anything that we talked about there was no pressure for anything to be done but even through all of the trouble that I had due to my bank and paperwork and things like that but she never once got frustrated or lost patience with me and everything that we did I was told hey this is what this is for and I didn't just signed a million papers without knowing what any of it meant. She is truly the nicest and friendliest person and I'm glad to have met her and had her help me in my journey More

Abby helped find the perfect car for me! Right within my budget! Even pulled strings to make sure I didn't go over my budget, which was something I was worried about. Stopped by SAG on a whim on my way to another dealership on a Saturday. I looked around and test drove a couple of SUV's. Abby is a great car sales gal. Everyone was very nice & they were able to get me a on a Saturday. I looked around and test drove a couple of SUV's. Abby is a great car sales gal. Everyone was very nice & they were able to get me approved for a car loan for my budget. Went back three days later after browsing their website and finding what I loved, went in to drive it and drove it home that night! Abby, as busy as she was on her day off, still came in to help me! The following day, I realized my car needed a front end alignment, they got it fixed, no questions asked with same day service. I will definitely tell every one about Springsp Automotive Group and how greatly I appreciate their integrity! More
