He gave me full access to the car I was interested in buying. He crafted a deal that was fair to all. He is a customer's salesperson: attentive, mindful, pleasant and authentic. He made me like the Ford brand, which I hadn't before I worked with him and it was not a Ford that I was buying. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I will look for him the next time I need another vehicle. More

19 Years since last new vehicle I haven't purchased a new vehicle since 1998 so as you can imagine I was apprehensive about acquiring a new vehicle. Kyle was very informative and hel I haven't purchased a new vehicle since 1998 so as you can imagine I was apprehensive about acquiring a new vehicle. Kyle was very informative and helpful without being pushy. The process of having to go to a sales manger to make the deal is still a turn off for me. Would highly recommend Dave and Heritage Dave went above and beyond accommodating my schedule. He stayed late (8:45pm) so I could leave in my new truck that night.
