I am a no nonsense high end buyer and the transaction was closed in under 24 hours just the way I like it!! I will be back for my next purchase/lease soon. More

I had an incident in the parking lot where i caused some damage to a new car that was not sold yet. 1000% my fault. Larry said not to worry about it, you're a customer. They could have had me on this and declined that opportunity. You can bet that is going a long way with me. My last 8 new cars were fords, but only 3 bought at Heritage. That will change.... I've never been treated as well at a dealer as I have this go around. Thanks also to abby, who stayed to like 9:45pm to finish the paperwork and in no way seemed like she was rushing us. overall, a pleasantly painless purchase. I'm also positive gary in service will do whatever he can if i need service... been working with gary for maybe 30 years.... great employee More
