The day we bought our Volvo, we really liked it — but now, a couple weeks later, we absolutely love it and have been impressed by its comfort, maneuverability and ease of use, as well as many other features. (Specifically, this Volvo has impressed us in comparison to our driving experience with our previous vehicle, an Audi. We have also found the Volvo app to be useful, helpful, well-designed and far better than the Audi app.) If my friend or family member were looking to purchase a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend that they see Bob Cerza. He works with customers in the best way possible, in my opinion — which is to say, his approach with us was to listen and try to meet our needs, without steering us toward a more expensive vehicle or pressuring us to make a purchase. We appreciated that, and we believe he has a lot of integrity. He’s also very knowledgeable and, overall, just an incredibly nice guy. More
