I was involved in a serious car accident two weeks ago, which totaled my 2022 Malibu. I work in IL, but my husband and I live in WI. I knew it was going to be my next car! Adam and staff understood the added layer of stress an accident adds to the car buying process. They worked with us on holding the car until we got our insurance payout and we picked it up today. I admittedly HATE buying cars, but they were so nice and helpful, it changed my mind on the entire process! The dealership is spotless, and they had the car absolutely spotless and waiting right out front for us. Their attention to detail shows great pride in their business. We were recommended to Adam by a friend, and so I’m thankful that she did. Adam was so amazing and so easy to work with. It’s been 15 years since I’ve bought a car (rip Escape 🥲) I was very interested thankful that she did. Adam was so amazing and so easy to work with. It’s been 15 years since I’ve bought a car (rip Escape 🥲) I was very interested in the Ford Escape, but it was very overwhelming with all the different features. Adam said that he had a very well taken care of Nissan Pathfinder that came in, showed us the 2017 Pathfinder Platinum. Oh my goodness, I fell in love with it. It was so easy to drive, had good pick up (never had a V6), so many bells and whistles, but a little overwhelming. He even suggested that we could move my son's car seat so he could come with. I thought that was very sweet of him. Since it had been 15 years since I bought a car, I was very overwhelmed by all the new fandango stuff that was in this car. Before we went for our test drive, he explained lots of the controls, what buttons did what, how to use certain things etc…. We took it for a test drive and it was so much fun and so easy to drive. When we got back, Adam asked us how we liked it. I told him I loved it and it’s going to take us time getting used to all the different features. He said that he could explain everything to me. When we traded in my Ford, we got more than we expected. Adam and Dave made purchasing the car so easy and went off without a hitch. Even though we had our very rambunctious son with us, never Adam nor Dave was phased by him. They were very understanding and even engaged with. After all the paperwork was done, we agreed on the next time we would contact each other to finalize everything. When that day came, he showed us all the different features again just to make sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. He even set up my phone with the Bluetooth feature and hooked us up with Sirius radio for 3 months!!! Overall I’m VERY EXCITED with my new investment!!! I will recommend Adam to anyone and everyone if they’re looking for a vehicle- thank you so much Adam and Dave!! More
