Had been interested in the Quest for some time due to styling and passenger capacity. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Sue Wegleitner and Jamie Groth. So far, I have been impressed with all the bells, buzzers and whistles on the Quest. Loving the technology! Am anticipating the arrival of the weather-tec floor mats. Enjoyed Craig's attempt to show me and my son the workings of the DVD player! Craig was so helpful in "cleaning" out my vehicle after a snow mishap - thank you, Craig! I do have to say that I'm missing the power of 4-wheel drive on my previous SUV - especially during this latest snowfall. Thank you, staff, for helping me adjust to all the new gadgets on the Quest! More

I like how this dealer allows for online scheduling as well as call in to schedule. They never pressure me to do more that I came in to do. My vehicle is only two years old, so if something does go wrong well as call in to schedule. They never pressure me to do more that I came in to do. I have been to Luther Nissan service department well over 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. They are not the cheapest when it comes to thei 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. They are not the cheapest when it comes to their service work. (but then what dealership is)They are competitive however. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and each one has been a great experience. If I had any complaint it would be that the dealership must be doing something right because they are running out of room in their exsisting facility and they really need to expand their operations.
