Couldn't recommend this place less. After purchasing a car here, I noticed a grinding noise from front left wheel bearing. I brought it in for service to be checked out and told them th After purchasing a car here, I noticed a grinding noise from front left wheel bearing. I brought it in for service to be checked out and told them that I thought they should look at the brake pads as they sounded like they were rubbing against the rotors or possibly the caliper pistons needed to be lubricated. They told me that since the brakes were new that they were likely just needing to be worn in and the noise would dissipate over time. Over the following months I noticed the noise getting louder and more frequent with a loud screeching noise present. I have been reaching out to the sales person who sold me my vehicle as well as Adam the GM multiple times even leaving them both voicemails with no response. By the time I brought it in for inspection the warranty time frame was over and they told me I would have to pay out of pocket to investigate the issue. I reached out to them again stating I felt they should comp this expense since they told me it would improve over time and it had not to which I did not receive a call back. When I again reached out to Adam, over email this time, he told me that the sales person I was working with no longer worked there and that he had never received any voicemails from me. I feel that it in good faith they should investigate this issue that was present during purchase and was DOCUMENTED as present during the initial service appointment a week after purchase. I explained that if he was unwilling to compensate a service charge to have this looked at I would take my business elsewhere. He did not respond. I am happy to never have to step foot in this establishment again. More

Everyone at Handy Cars on the Williston Rd. in Burlington who dealt with me took a lot of time and was kind and helpful. Corey and Gabriel rode on my test drives, (sorry about the ride, men,- the small car fits me fine, but I'm sure it's not one that either of you would choose to spend much time in). They answered most questions, and tried to get me the info I needed if they didn't know. My good friend Adam Crowley wasn't in when I went to get the car but he told me just go in and they will take care of you man did they Gabriel and leandro where absolutely amazing and you know how you can f the car but he told me just go in and they will take care of you man did they Gabriel and leandro where absolutely amazing and you know how you can feel uncomfortable and pressured in a dealer ship I was just chatting having a good time felt like I was at a family barbeque relaxing these guys went above and beyond to help me get a dream car litterly and the professionalism and the whole vibe and laughing it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership and talk about straight forward not trying to take advantage of you like some dealerships words can't even express how well that interaction went with them and I also surprisingly got to meet the owner by chance and you wanna talk about a serious down to earth guy like such a nice guy so layed back guy if you are looking for a car seriously stop in to handys in Williston and i highly highly suggest Adam Crowley or Gabriel and leandro im sure the whole staff is amazing but these guys where great especially if you need someone to not make you feel pressured and make it easy and pleasant and a fun experience thank you so much guys More

Handy Toyota is a great used car dealership.
