I’ve bought all my cars from Med Center Mazda since year 2000, when I bought my first SUV, the Tribute. I’ve gone from the Tribute to the CX-5, to the CX-7, which they no longer make, but wish they did, to 2000, when I bought my first SUV, the Tribute. I’ve gone from the Tribute to the CX-5, to the CX-7, which they no longer make, but wish they did, to the CX-9. Ive always traded with Billy Mansel, he’s my guy !!! Been happy with all of them and the Service dept is phenomenal. Barry and James always make sure that I’m taken care of and my car has what it needs. Nice waiting room with drinks and coffee, tv and a constant update on the board of the progress of your car. As a matter of fact, I just financed my granddaughter a car thru them. Got her a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and she loves it. Billy called me at school and said he had this, said it would be great for her and we went that afternoon and bought it !! Just had service done on her first oil change. I couldn’t be happier with Med Center Mazda, I have no desire to go anywhere else- ever !!!!! More

I really appreciated them from beginning to end. The salesman Dewayne was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and the features and was knowledgeable of the CX-5 competition. He didn’t pressure me but was salesman Dewayne was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and the features and was knowledgeable of the CX-5 competition. He didn’t pressure me but was helpful. We left and made a decision the next morning, called Matt to ask him to hold the car and start the paperwork. They did some of the paperwork processing while I was running errands I had to do. They were super busy that day, but made it convenient for me to come back to sign the paperwork. They were the most professional dealership we visited which was one reason we chose to purchase from them. Matt gave us a fair price from the beginning so I didn’t feel the need to haggle with them over any other issues. Matt worked quickly but very efficiently. He remembered me and my name when I came back. I could tell the entire team was invested in their career; they didn’t treat it as a job. They seemed more honest than other dealerships. Since our purchase, the salesman has reached out to me twice to make sure that I was satisfied and that I had no other questions. We were buying the car for my daughter and she wasn’t going to be back in town for a month and the salesman told me if she needed a run down of the car, he would be glad to help her. The finance guy painlessly explained the paperwork, and was very understanding of my concern with warranty issues. I did buy one additional warranty because of him. He also promised to email some paperwork which he promptly followed through with. He also noted my daughter’s name on the warranty since it was her vehicle. He was great and very professional. I had an outstanding experience, and feel like I will probably buy another Mazda for my other children when the time comes. So far I have enjoyed driving the car. The only thing I have noticed is that it doesn’t drive as well as my heavier SUV in heavy rain. Someone told me to drive in sports mode. We will see if that works. More
