Went to Ford Dealer in Chicago who charged me TWO successive diagnostic fees that included removing the driver’s seat to solve an airbag issue. They identified and fixed the problem, which was with the passenger seat belt, for less money that the first diagnostic fee the other dealer wanted to charge me. I think the Chicago dealer was scamming me, but the good news is that I now trust Highland Park Ford. Longer drive, but well worth it. More
