This was by far one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. I'm located almost 500 miles away from the dealership and sales process with Billy Turner was handled very professionally via phone an I've ever had. The Sales Rep that I worked with, Jacob Rogers, was brand new. He did the best he could, but it was apparent that he had just been "thrown to the wolves". He struggled to answer questions and had to "ask h new. He did the best he could, but it was apparent that he had just been "thrown to the wolves". He struggled to answer questions and had to "ask his manager" about everything. I will say that he stuck with me and got me what I needed and was a very polite person. He did a great job taking care of my needs. He just needs a much better training system and a much better management system. The facility itself, it is not good. The front show room area was hot and uncomfortable. The waiting area TV did not work. The sun was relentless coming through the front windows in the evening. Some updates are needed - and quick. More
