2019 Lexus RC 300 F Sport - Lexus Collision Center Someone backed into my 2019 Lexus in a parking lot. I took it to Lexus of Pembroke Pines Collision Center. They had my car for 5 weeks for a fender b Someone backed into my 2019 Lexus in a parking lot. I took it to Lexus of Pembroke Pines Collision Center. They had my car for 5 weeks for a fender bender. For 5 weeks, every time we called to get an update, we had to leave a message and no one ever called back. We had to keep calling until we could speak to someone because no one EVER returns phone calls. This type of customer service is unprofessional especially since we leased the car from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. When we went there to lease the car, Steve Pastukhov was our sales person and customer service was excellent, so I expected the same with the Collision Center, only to be disappointed. I have to give a great review to Adam Hoglievina in the Technology Center. I had a problem with the APP and he was so helpful. He downloaded the new APP for me and corrected my problem. More
