Kyle and Adam and Andy were all great I really enjoyed my experience at Bradshaw Mazda. I had a relaxed and easy time buying my Mazda3 hatchback. Kyle did an excellent job of explaining al I really enjoyed my experience at Bradshaw Mazda. I had a relaxed and easy time buying my Mazda3 hatchback. Kyle did an excellent job of explaining all the features and package upgrades. I was a bit indecisive when it came to selecting a model but Adam and Kyle were totally patient. Kyle was great to work with and not the least bit pushy. Once I finally narrowed it down they went the extra mile to have the color and package I wanted delivered from another dealership within a day. Andy in Finance was excellent at explaining things and was fast without rushing. I will definitely be back to see Kyle for my next car but I sure do love this one! More

10,000 mile Service for our CX-9 Jeff Mann coordinated the 10,000 review for our CX-9. He explained the needed service, indicated the anticipated time required and had the car ready o Jeff Mann coordinated the 10,000 review for our CX-9. He explained the needed service, indicated the anticipated time required and had the car ready on time. He is very effective and a delight to work with. He and Stan Shockley were major factors in our division to continue with Mazda. I shared with Stan that we had purchased new the previous day, and he offered to pair them with our car. This saved a lot of time for me, because I didn't have to get our the manual. I met briefly with Andy Brand to discuss the lease and he was very helpful. He and Andy Rainwater handled the paperwork when we acquired the car and did an outstanding job. Bradshaw has a great team in place!!!! More

The only negative is that I received a text claiming I didnt show up for my appointment. I guess the service person should have made a note that I was , in fact, there and honored my appointment committment . When I bought the car Sherman and rainwater delivered it to me so I didnt have to get a ride from NC to pick it up .that was wonderful!! More
