Great experiences and people The service department is probably the best on the motor mile. I can tell that they actually care about me and my car. They've worked with me before t The service department is probably the best on the motor mile. I can tell that they actually care about me and my car. They've worked with me before to get better prices, and they treat me like a friend. They know me by first name, and often have friendly conversation. Plus, I've never had bad work done at the service department. They go out of their way to answer any questions I have and they charge me better prices than some mechanics. I should point out that my review really only covers the service department. I don't really like their sales team. They try hard to make sales, and badger people to get them. I brought a friend to test-drive and possibly buy a Mazda CX-5. Sales manager actually tried to keep us from leaving when we said we weren't buying. He actually stood between us and the door and was talking loudly enough that a lot of other customers and employees were starting to watch us. Needless to say, I had a conversation with the district manager soon after that. Anyways, great service department. More

3x in the service department and issue still not resolved We have had a brand new 2018 Mazda M3 purchased in November of 2018 in the shop 3x now with still no resolution to the issue of the vehicle cutting of We have had a brand new 2018 Mazda M3 purchased in November of 2018 in the shop 3x now with still no resolution to the issue of the vehicle cutting off while driving. One of which times actually caused an accident. The vehicle is currently parked until something can be done to replace it. We refuse to take the risk of continuing to drive this lemon of a brand new car. Mazda corporate has been contacted for resolution as the local dealership has been unwilling to come up with one other than to place us in a base model vehicle which is not what we purchased. More

I worked with Richard and Adam, but the other agents we're super From the very first call, I felt it was a transparent dealer and very comfortable. I worked with Richard and Adam, but the other agents we're super cool to talk with. Felt like a family atmosphere. My price was fair and not that back and forth stuff we usually go through with making a deal. It was started by phone then, was pretty smooth at store to come to an agreement. The financing person did not push selling me on extra insurance like most try to do. I asked him not to, and he listened. Overall, I am very happy to work with them and will go back in future. More
