I walked into the showroom with my father-in-law and we were immediately treated like part of the family. We didn't have to "haggle" on pricing because we had done some comparative pricing and they exceed were immediately treated like part of the family. I was extremely impressed with Adam Sheban's customer service skills and friendly attitude/helpfulness. We ordered a 2013 Ford Escape using the A Plan, and Adam treated us with respect as if we were pay service skills and friendly attitude/helpfulness. We ordered a 2013 Ford Escape using the A Plan, and Adam treated us with respect as if we were paying full price. He checked on the status of the production, because he knew I was hoping it would arrive for my birthday. I thought this was a nice personal touch. He ordered exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. On the other hand, I was not impressed with the Finance department experience. Ken Gohmann tried to sell us a warranty several times, I had to say no so many times I finally had to be firm and explain that he needed to stop pushing the warranty as we were not interested. These aggressive sales tactics are sometimes perceived as bullying, and I did not appreciate it. He actually said that if Fords were meant to have no problems, they would have a longer manufacturer warranty. Which I do not agree with. Overall, I had a great experience with Currie Ford, and would definitely refer my friends to Adam. My husband will be purchasing a car next year, and we will definitely buy from Adam. More

Currie Motors did me well all thanks to Adam Sheban. I went in being skeptical about buying a car because I just wasn't sold on one yet. I have been to many dealerships and none of them gave me great cust went in being skeptical about buying a car because I just wasn't sold on one yet. I have been to many dealerships and none of them gave me great customer service like Adam Sheban did. He didn't force me in making any purchases, instead he helped me on figuring out what car I really wanted. In the end I walked out with Ford Explorer after a couple hours. Adam was extremely courteous, very nice, and funny as well. Hands down Adam Sheban is an amazing addition to Currie Motors because his skills as a salesman is one of the best I've ever dealt with. You truly feel like you are not being pressured to buy a car, but instead hanging out with a friend to help me pick out a car. He also followed up on me after my purchase and always reassured me that if I ever need anything about my car to just give him a call anytime. Adam Sheban truly is a great salesman and I'm happy he was the one to help me because it made my experience in Currie Motors a great one! More

My experience at Currie Motors was great! My husband and I first came in about 6 months ago just looking at purchasing a new SUV. Adam was our sales rep then and he was very polite and professional.We decided at that time not to buy, but as soon as we were ready Adam was the only sales representative I contacted. My husband works evenings, I work days so Saturday is the only day of the week that we cane go looking at cars together. Well with a 7 year old and sports on Saturday, we resulted to looking at the SUV's on the website before going into thedealership.We have very busy schedule but after looking on the website we new what SUV we were interested in purchasing. I contacted Adam and he was willing to go above and beyond to help us. Adam took photo's of the two SUV's I was interested in and sent them to me. He was GREat. My husband and I came to Currie and purchased a 2010 Expedition. My experience with all of the employees was great, the finance man I believe his name was Jim(very tall man) was really polite and helpful. Finally we were introduced to Lonie who helped us to purchase an alarm and paint treatment for our new car. Needless to say we spent more than we thought going into Currie Motors, but we LOVE our truck. I have only had my car for 2 days, yet I have already told all who ask me I would go back to Currie for my next Ford. Keep up the GREAT work...... Agnes Eloby More
