I had an incredible experience at Ford of Frankfort all thanks to Adam Sheban. With the economy being in a recession I was very hesitant about buying a car, even a used one. I went in there being iffy about getting a car until Adam assisted me. Adam made me feel like I was part of the Ford of Frankfort family. He sat down with me for a bit and really talked to me about what I'm looking for. He also understood that I wasn't looking for something too pricy and that I wasn't 100% sold on getting a car from here just yet. He continued to show me cars around my price range and made sure I would get the perfect car for me. Adam didn't push me to buy a car, he truly cared about just taking care of what I want. I ended up getting a used 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid. I absolutely love my care and I am so happy that I got it. Adam truly made my experience at the dealership a good one and I will go back to him whenever I need a car; I would also recommend this dealership to anyone because of the great employees that they have. More
