Paul Biermann contacted us shortly and asked just the right questions to determine what we wanted. We communicated very simply with a couple of phone calls and texts. Paul had multiple cars for us to choose from and had a couple staged for us to test drive. There was a casual simplicity to the test driving experience. Paul encouraged us to take all the time we needed. We love the Crosstrek! Additionally, he easily answered our questions about the differences between each vehicle to help us make a purchasing decision. We (well I) had a hard time deciding between the top two (2) cars. Paul was very patient while I waffled and did whatever he could to help me sort through it and decide. At the end of the day, we worked with Mike Harmon on the financial transaction. Mike was very friendly and respectful. He professionally covered all of the details and made sure we understood everything by answering our questions. Again, this part of the experience was pretty simple. The next morning, we picked up our new car. We can't say enough great things about Adam Smith and how he reviewed all of the features of our new car with us. Adam was friendly and down to earth while exhibiting a professional mannerism that simply said, "I love Subaru!". We explained to Adam that we like to kayak and wanted to understand our options for protecting our key fobs while on the water. He explained how pin code access works and demonstrated how to use the manual key can also be used. Adam was patient with me as I asked questions about each feature he reviewed. I never felt rushed and no question was a bad one. Thank you Paul, Mike and Adam! We will be telling all of our friends and family about the surprisingly simple and refreshingly friendly vehicle purchasing experience we had at Deam Team Subaru! More

I keep coming back not only for the best pricing but for the one on one attention and personalized customer service I get when I come to the Dean Team. Adam my salesman was amazing and very at tentative to my needs and request. He was very polite at all times and very accommodating. He made sure everything was ready to go when I got there and had the car pulled up front all clean with my name on the windshield just sitting there waiting for me to drive it home. John Ostlund the Sales Manager was very polite as well, he came out and introduced himself to me and thank me for my business, this is a rarity anywhere else. Then I had the pleasure to meet Jason Moore in finance where every customer dreads going, however the past three times I've met with Jason he has always been friendly and very polite in answering all my questions when it came to the financing of my car and the add on security products they offer. Dean Team Subaru is defitenely the place to go in St. Louis and St. Charles if your looking to purchase a new or pre-owned Subaru, ask for Adam, John and Jason and they will take care of you. More
