When the car finally arrived in December I was out of the country and they had no issue holding the car the 3 weeks until I came back. Once I got back, I worked with Adam Smith and he made the process quick and easy and showed me a few new features my 2017 Outback didn't have, and was out of there in about an hour with my brand new 2020 Outback! Overall Dean Team was a much nicer experience than the other Subaru dealerships in town, and will be back for future maintenance and upgrades. More

Very transparent pricing especially clear with Finance provided checklist with what my options were. Been buying cars for over 40 years and this was one of the most pleasant experiences. Only negative aspect: Manchester Road. More

Knowledgeable Sales Rep Who Knew How to Listen I do not like car shopping and especially the haggling. Adam and I connected via the website. We exchanged emails in which he actually listened to wh I do not like car shopping and especially the haggling. Adam and I connected via the website. We exchanged emails in which he actually listened to what I wanted and followed up with answers. We also had a few phone calls in which we talked through a few issues. He even ran numbers so I had a deal 99% done before I came in. He was a pleasure to work with and I recommend seeking him out. The only reason the dealership doesn't get 5 stars from me is the paperwork part. After Adam and I reached a deal, I had to wait an hour to see a finance guy on a Monday morning. It seems to me that the actual purchase should be the easiest part and not the longest part of my visit. More
