I made the decision to lease a Volvo after 6 BMWs since 2007 last week. I did not like where the brand was headed from a drivability and design standpoint. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the decision easy to work with Smythe. We also met Larry, the sales manager, who reaffirmed our decision to move forward with both the brand and the dealership. The pricing was highly competitive and our trade in offer on my husband’s Jeep helped to seal the deal. We picked up the car on Wednesday and have loved it so far. Henry made the trade in and financing process easy and quick. Adam walked us thorough the technology in the car and helped us to pair phones, etc. The whole process was painless and easy.
