Much better than expected! What a great experience, no pressure, you can look at the lot yourself, and the inventory seems to be all quality cars. I felt comfortable with how they answered my questions and concerns. I think I brought A great car for the money, but again they made, car buying something that was difficult for me easy. Thank you Jimmy Burns and my new friend Eric for taking such good care of me. I've already spoken to people and told them what a great experience I've had. I love the simple business model Donahoo uses and I will take pointers from them on how to run my business better. More

Excellent Customer Service We were apprehensive about buying from a dealership that wasn't local to us and that wasn't a franchise. We had been searching for this car for weeks We were apprehensive about buying from a dealership that wasn't local to us and that wasn't a franchise. We had been searching for this car for weeks and the one we really wanted Donohoo had. Upon talking to friends we learned that they had purchased vehicles at Donohoo and had nothing but great things to say about the buying process. At first we thought it was odd that the price can not be negotiated but upon research we found that the price the car was listed for was fair and didn't leave room for negotiations. It actually made the buying process much easier. There was no going back and forth on price. Kyle helped answer all of our questions and was able to get us pre-approved Friday. We came to the dealership on Saturday to test drive it. It was exactly as Kyle described! We decided to purchase it. The test drive & buying process only took a total of 2 hours. Becky in finance was great and took the time to thoroughly explain the contract and gap insurance coverage we purchased. The Donohoo sales team does not work on commission. Their focus is 100% on the customer experience and it is obvious from the first moment you walk in the door up until you exit the parking lot in your newly purchased automobile. More

As it does seem to get the process done, and get it done effici The car shopping experience here is completely different than anything I've ever seen. As it does seem to get the process done, and get it done efficiently.. it is different. You barely speak to a sales consultant and you drive the car by yourself. This does have its pros and cons.. I didn't feel like I was able to get information about the vehicle at the time I was test driving, etc. the whole process was really smooth though and everyone was extremely nice. I like the fact that there is no pushing salesy schemes.. basically what you see if what you get and for that exact reason is why I chose to purchase a vehicle from them today. More

Lexus ES350 I am really enjoy the car but my experience was average at best. The car on the website showed 14 miles and I asked the salesman to confirm that befo I am really enjoy the car but my experience was average at best. The car on the website showed 14 miles and I asked the salesman to confirm that before I traveled over 700 miles to pick up the car. When I arrived the car had over 300 miles and the gear shift know was missing. Not the first impression I was looking for. Even though in the scheme of things 300 miles is not a lot it was the principal that the car was not as advertised. They also could not get the key fobs to work after I brought it to there attention. They finally decided the car was in transit mode and I would need to go to a Lexus dealership to get that fixed. Turns out that most of the interior lights were not working, the clock as well as the key fob. Once I returned home I did take it into Lexus and they were great and now all the functions on the car are working. More

Smarty Pants The website is very easy to use and provides you with good information about each particular car before you even go in for a test drive. I found a car The website is very easy to use and provides you with good information about each particular car before you even go in for a test drive. I found a car that I was interested in and submitted the financing application. Finance was a little sketchy and tried to give me a very high percentage rate. I saved $2,646 in "finance charges" and was able to lower the length of my loan from 48 months to 36 months by going through LendingTree. When I arrived at the dealership for my initial test drive, I was greeted by a lovely lady with a smiling face. She called to get my car brought around but, I had to wait 15 minutes for the technician to get it there. It would be nice if that process could go a little faster. The first car that I tested had some safety issues that I wasn't satisfied with, but Jim assured me that the dealership was more than willing to get them fixed and even offered to have the vehicle delivered to me once the repairs were complete. I opted to test drive another car instead and had to wait another 15 minutes for it to get there. The moment I got in, I immediately knew the second one was the one for me. Jim was pleasant, patient, and personable. He didn't try to push me to purchase something that I wasn't comfortable with. Once my decision was made, Tina flew through my paperwork. Loved her accent! Last step was a mini training session with Adam. He was patient and pleasant and went over the various controls and options. When I drove off the lot with my car, I felt happy and confident with my purchase. I came to the right place, talked to the right people (with the exception of finance), and got the right car. My overall experience was AMAZING and I would highly recommend Donohoo in Pelham, AL to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
