We have been back to the dealership twice and still cannot operate our car. If we could return it, we would in a heartbeat. Lots of assurances but no follow through. We are very stressed and disappointed. Will never recommend to friends. Also told we had to fill out survey in person so they could “help us”. Jorge Sierra took the time necessary to try to assist us with misinformation we had been given. He is a stellar employee. Also Austen Roman showed us features on our car and also explained how the EV credit to us is going to happen. If it weren’t for those 2 individuals, Kia of Port Charlotte deserves no stars for the way our transaction is being handled. More

This is my second Kia that I’ve purchased there my 2016. Soul was awesome. I loved it. I traded it in for the GT Line K4 for my granddaughter‘s first new car.
