There’s better Ford dealerships that aren’t that far from Humble. They agreed in writing that I could keep my tires from my truck and they’d swap them for the wheels on the Expedition I purchased. Once I got Humble. They agreed in writing that I could keep my tires from my truck and they’d swap them for the wheels on the Expedition I purchased. Once I got there, they pulled a bait and switch and said they could not honor the terms of the contract that they agreed to in writing. Desperate for a larger vehicle since we had just taken in 3 foster kids a few days before, I ended up still purchasing the Expedition. That’s when they got lazy and didn’t want to fill out the paperwork to let me keep my disabled Veteran license plates. I told them that they need to do that since the forms are setup for the dealer, and not the buyer. They finally agreed to that after an unnecessary back and forth. This is how they treated a disabled Veteran during Memorial Day Weekend. Again, try a different Ford dealer. They’re all over Texas. More
