Our recent experience in purchasing a dually from Harry Robinson GMC was so awesome, we had to share! From the first phone call with Tamara, it was evident that she was truly excited to help! Her communication was top notch and she quickly verified that the truck we located was actually in stock. Early the next morning, we left Canton, Texas to head to Fort Smith, Arkansas! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Brent and made to feel right at home. The dealership is beautiful and inviting! There is an atmosphere of teamwork throughout all phases of the purchase process and everyone was extremely professional. The trade-in and new purchase negotiations with Joey were handled fairly and smoothly! Mike, in finance, was also informative and made sure we knew what to expect, especially being out of state buyers! Lastly, we were given a full demonstration of all the bells and whistles by Adriana, which was so helpful! We were in and out quickly due to the dealership’s organization - truly a well-oiled machine! Oh, and back to Tamara, she wanted me to text her when we got home! Who does that?
