Impressive Gus was on top of things! Took a great care of us ;) we did have to wait for almost 2 hrs for oil change, yet I was impressed that they even washed my Gus was on top of things! Took a great care of us ;) we did have to wait for almost 2 hrs for oil change, yet I was impressed that they even washed my car! Dealership has kids room with TV and coffee shop which really helped me to keep my toddlers occupied and get a cup of motivation in my hands :) Their parts service went above and beyond! I needed a touch-up paint (sorry didn't get the name of person who assisted me), didn't have right color in stock, so I will get it sent to my home address instead of driving back once they would get that for me. Just simply impressed! Thank you all! More

Excellent service, this is the second vehicle I purchase fro m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process takes too long, from the minute you pick the vehicle you want to the minute you get to get in your new car and drive home can take from four to five hours, other than that is a very pleasing experience, every one there is very nice from Nichole Peters in financial to the sales representatives on the floor. Thank God for Gus I went in to Toyota of Orlndo for an oil change and to purchase new tires. Gus gave me some facts about a few sets of tires and let choose what I want I went in to Toyota of Orlndo for an oil change and to purchase new tires. Gus gave me some facts about a few sets of tires and let choose what I wanted without me feeling pressured into buying tires too expensive for my budget. By the way I love the tires it's a comfortable ride and I'm very satisfied with them. Thank God for Gus!! I recommend all my Toyota driving friends to stop by Toyota of Orlando and ask for Gus. He's an honest guy who works with you to keep your care running great! More
