My aunt had leased her first RAV4 after knowing how much I’ve loved mine, and was there hours before my appointment and she highly recommended Ahmad Wasal so I was accommodated with a late appointment that day because of my work schedule & from the second I walked in Ahmad greeted me & from there made the whole process stress free, smooth, efficient, & pleasant. He went above & beyond by staying after business hours, without making me feel rushed at all, to make sure I left that night with my brand new RAV4!!! I’ve always leased with Toyota because of the care I receive, & will continue my loyalty & recommend Toyota to all my friends & family, with a special mention to see Ahmad, because of my wonderful experience with him. It really means a lot to be treated like family, and be taken care of someone who is not just knowledgeable and professional, but also caring, kind, hospitable, funny, & has a wonderful personality.
