I would note though that something as basic as a headlight should have been checked prior to selling the car...even if the car is used. Bought a used Civic via the Internet. Joe Vizzi was the contact salesman. Joe is great to work with. He answered all of our questions. Communications via email and phone was excellent. Joe had all of the paperwork prepared prior to picking up the car. Ajay Sharma went through the paperwork, title, tags, etc. Both gentleman were very polite and professional as were other employees we came into contact with while at Clinton Honda. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. As far as the car, it was used but in very nice shape. As I went to leave the dealership, I had an issue with the 2nd key not working in the ignition. It either had a bad battery or had lost it's code. Luckily, I discovered this before leaving the dealership. The key was fixed within 15 minutes. Not a big thing. Having the car for a few days, I've discovered a few other little things. The drivers window won't wind up all the way in automatic. It stops about 2 inches from the top and reverses. The interior light just above the windshield must be burned out. It will not illuminate. The day after I picked the car up, I went to go to work in the darkness and found the drivers side low beam was burned out. I had not had the headlights on previously, so it didn't burn out on the way home. Since I live 240 miles from Clinton Honda, it is difficult for me to travel all that way to have these few things fixed....and admittedly, they are small things. All in all, a great little car and a pleasant purchasing experience. I would think though that something as basic as a headlight burned out should have been found and replaced prior to me picking up the car. More

Daryl was terrific in helping me find a car to fit my budget and financial situation, thoroughly discussing the financing options (new, certified used, lease), advocating on my behalf, handling ALL of th budget and financial situation, thoroughly discussing the financing options (new, certified used, lease), advocating on my behalf, handling ALL of the details, and delivering my new car to me at my office without me ever having to visit the showroom, and gave me an in-car lesson re the car's features. From the first minute I spoke to Joe, I felt like him and I were on the same page and he was completely working for me. I know I was an unusual case, but Joe made me feel like I was in control and I am positive I got an unbelievable deal here. Everyone I spoke to during the process was great, but I would highly recommend Joe to anyone in the market for a car. I will definitely be coming back for service on my new car, plus with out a doubt will see Joe again when I'm ready for another one!!! More

I would recommend both him and the dealership, and am looking forward to a continuing relationship.We had intended to go to another dealer after Clinton, but because of Joe, we decided to buy on the spot. We were amazed that we were able to drive home with our new Odyssey the same day!! Ajay Sharma, who talked to us about extended warranty, was also very helpful and understanding, and not pushy like I experienced at other dealers. Your service manager, although we did not speak to him, took care of all of our concerns on the spot. The showroom was very clean, the receptionists were very nice, the selection was good. As I was leaving, I was looking to say goodbye to Joe, and one of the managers, who was in a meeting with two others, asked if I needed help. That shows the dealership believes in customer service. Overall it was a very good experience, and my wife love the safety features on the new 2014 Odyssey, just as Joe said we would. PS: In a former life I used to give seminars on customer service, so it is very important to me that Clinton Honda met all my "tests". More

I was in the market for a newer used vehicle for commuting and the car I liked and was interested in was the car I walked out with 1 1/2 later !!!! What a pleasure !! The one card I did not have too lay on the table was I worked in this business for quite a few years with Cadillac I myself being an mark of excellence sales associate would be able too sense the typical sales pitch and bullcrap .... But not at clinton honda !!! If your in the market for a vehicle start and finish with clinton !! Ask for Charles B you def won't be disappointed !!
