Great Buying Experience!!!!! I worked with Scott D. over the phone on purchasing a vehicle I saw on the internet. There were very few pictures of the vehicle on the web-site, seei I worked with Scott D. over the phone on purchasing a vehicle I saw on the internet. There were very few pictures of the vehicle on the web-site, seeing it was recently traded in. Scott D. went out and took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me via e-mail and text message. Once arriving to the dealership, after a 2 hour drive from South Jersey, Scott D. introduced me to Steve the used car manager. He and I talked for about 30 minutes before we even talked about the price I was looking to pay for the vehicle. Steve and Scott D. were able to get me in this very good used vehicle which is for my wife who transport my daughter everywhere at a very good price. I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Decided to try a purchase from them. Everything went great. Very smooth. No surprises. Initial contact with Bill Ripka was great. He gave me all the info i needed before I every got to the dealer. Worked with Joe to do the actual test drive and purchase. He was very professional thru the whole process. Did not feel pressured at all as you do at some dealers. Even working with Ajay on final purchase went very well. He presented all my options and left the decisions up to me. Again felt no pressure to purchase addons I didn't want. More

For a buying experience that wasn't p Living in Middlesex County means we have plenty of car dealers to chose from. So why did we go to Clinton Honda? For a buying experience that wasn't painful. Clinton Honda was recommended by a family member and in particular Bill Butler. I first inquired online about a Ridgeline and was contacted by Bill Ripka who was very helpful with information. He handed me off to Bill Butler when I mentioned the recommendation and the new Bill took over. Mr Butler was very warm and welcoming when we first met. Honestly, I think I was an easy sale as my mind was made up by now on purchasing a Pilot. There were just a few minor questions that my wife and I had that Bill answered easily. We had to wait for the 2014 Pilot we wanted as it was in transit to the dealership. I got the call it was in within 2 days. We went out to pick it up and were now handed off to Ajay for the money end of the deal. Ajay did the required sales pitch for extended warranties but he wasn't annoying. He was good at his job while not being a pain in the rump. That is why we came the distance. Car buying can be a real nightmare at some dealerships. Not at Clinton Honda. I would certainly buy a car from them again. Since it is so new I will have to see how well the Service Dept. is. I think with the amount of professionalism that the sales floor shows the Service Dept. Will be good too. I am hopeful. More

I Never Go Anywhere Else Just bought my 4th Honda from Clinton Honda. it's also my third CRV. I keep coming back because it's always such a pleasant experience. I researched area pricing and got exactly the price I was expecting. The team even stayed late to make sure I could take my new car home that same night. There service waiting area is spacious, has tv, wifi and refreshments. I've recommended Clinton Honda and Hondas in general to everyone looking for a new car. You can't find a more reliable brand or dealership. Thanks, folks! See you again next time. More

The dealership met my expectations in giving me a fair price on my trade in, a great price on the new car & made the experience pretty easy overall. I was able to take ownership of the car from signing to driving off in a few hours. I have a very tight schedule and am not in town very often. This dealership took the extra effort to make me feel comfortable over the phone which takes a lot. They stood up to their word as promised in person and I am delighted in my new purchase. The dealership is very welcoming. More

I recently had my 2005 Honda Pilot totaled in a car accident in January. The thought of car shopping/applying for a loan/car payments etc, truly was distressing. All I knew is that I wanted a Honda again and that I would go to Clinton Honda. From the moment I walked in Joe Vizzi, made me feel welcomed and took the time to listen to what I needed and my current circumstances. I never felt pressured and he along with Mike and Ajay took the time to find me a car, make a deal, and walk me through the paperwork. I have my car-a Honda CRV-and its only been 24 hours-but its been great! I highly recommend the team at Clinton Honda-thank you so much! More

difficult for me to travel all that way to have these few things fixed. All in all, a great little car and a pleasant experience purchasing. I would note though that something as basic as a headlight should have been checked prior to selling the car...even if the car is used. Bought a used Civic via the Internet. Joe Vizzi was the contact salesman. Joe is great to work with. He answered all of our questions. Communications via email and phone was excellent. Joe had all of the paperwork prepared prior to picking up the car. Ajay Sharma went through the paperwork, title, tags, etc. Both gentleman were very polite and professional as were other employees we came into contact with while at Clinton Honda. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. As far as the car, it was used but in very nice shape. As I went to leave the dealership, I had an issue with the 2nd key not working in the ignition. It either had a bad battery or had lost it's code. Luckily, I discovered this before leaving the dealership. The key was fixed within 15 minutes. Not a big thing. Having the car for a few days, I've discovered a few other little things. The drivers window won't wind up all the way in automatic. It stops about 2 inches from the top and reverses. The interior light just above the windshield must be burned out. It will not illuminate. The day after I picked the car up, I went to go to work in the darkness and found the drivers side low beam was burned out. I had not had the headlights on previously, so it didn't burn out on the way home. Since I live 240 miles from Clinton Honda, it is difficult for me to travel all that way to have these few things fixed....and admittedly, they are small things. All in all, a great little car and a pleasant purchasing experience. I would think though that something as basic as a headlight burned out should have been found and replaced prior to me picking up the car. More
