More

Best First-Time Car Buying/Leasing Experience Rachel gave us the WOW feeling in our over-all car leasing experience. Rachel was very professional and courteous to me and my family. Rachel and Bill ensured we get at ease, gave us a quick office tour of the Clinton Honda dealership and showed us the soft drinks area, restroom area, kids playroom and later after some time Rachel checked if we were ready to go test drive the new 2014 HONDA ODYSSEY EXL-NAV. My family and I were delighted to see the test drive car in the parking lot already had my name with a welcome card on it ? and the incredible part to note was this car had zero miles. During test-drive Rachel explained us some of the key features in the new Odyssey which further helped us firm up our decision that Odyssey is really going to be the best car for our family. After test-drive we finalized the car color, options/accessories that we wanted in our car and hence started with the paper-work for car delivery. Since the car color (OBSIDIAN BLUE) we initially wanted was not available at the Clinton Honda, Rachel shared possible options which they could explore to bring the car from their friendly Honda dealerships in the tri-state area. We later finalized the second car color (CRYSTAL BLACK) as our choice that we were comfortable with and found out it’s already available with Clinton Honda, again with just 2 miles on it for immediate delivery. The over-all process of car delivery was very professional, smooth and completed within two days we confirmed the car. Thank you Rachel for listening to our questions and answering them to our satisfaction – me and my family are very pleased with your over-all support and attention in getting us our new car the 2014 HONDA ODYSSEY EXL-NAV! We found Feliks to be very cordial, and especially knowledgeable about the Honda product I Was interested in. I was interested in going to another dealership to look at another vehicle, But with the information I received from Feliks about that vehicle, I knew I was going to go With another CRV. Feliks was not at all disparaging about the competitor's vehicle, but rather accentuated the qualities I was looking for with my vehicle, and meeting my budget requirements - a very good sales approach.
