Dealership had car for 10 days without a single call to provide an update on troubleshooting the fault code. I called several times and they said service writer would call back and he never did. I went twice and spoke to him and he said he'd get and update and call me (again, never did). On day 11 we went and spoke with the service manager and General manager and things started moving. Got truck back on day 15 with a new $1300 catalytic converter. More
