Al was friendly and informative Al did a great job explaining the vehicle and other services provided by Toyota Heiser. He addressed some concerns I had with the wheel alignment and Al did a great job explaining the vehicle and other services provided by Toyota Heiser. Only suggestions for improvement will be to reduce the overall time taken to get all the documents sorted out. More
