The delivery coordinator Amy was especially helpful and patient going over all the features on my new Tucson. At the end Amy invited me back for another lesson and I even got a hung. I was very impressed with the vehicle presentation at the time of delivery. In most business's the GM is no where to be found, but at Family Hyundai that is not the case. Not only was the GM Graham Watson available to assist me with my purchase, but I also received a loyalty discount for being a repeat customer. I was taken at the time the appointment was scheduled. Tom returned my vehicle, washed, vacuumed and ready to go. They also filled my windshield washer fluid. In addition, Al took the time to show me once again how to use my remote start. All of the employees welcome you when you enter and are kind and professional. Ok but not great Everyone was friendly and courteous. It took too long to get into the finance office to finalize the deal once I decided to purchase the car. I had indicated to my salesperson that I get up very early 3:00 am and did not want to stay at the dealership any longer than necessary. I told him that I could come back the next day to finish the paperwork, but he said it would only take 40 minutes to complete everything. I was going to put the deposit on my credit card but when he said we could finish everything up so quickly I had my wife drive to the dealership with a check. After 1 hour and 30 minutes (it took 30 minutes for my wife to bring the check) I finally made it into the finance office. I did threaten to cancel the whole deal if it took any longer. It did not appear that I was waiting due to someone else purchasing a car, so I am not sure why it took so long. The finance guy did a great job. He got the paperwork as quickly as possible but still checked everything. More
