Brought the car in and the problem was fixed quickly with the car also being washed. I had a part missing when I bought the car a month ago, they had it ready with no issues. More

Family Hyundai earns their reputation as the #1 Hyundai dealer in Chicagoland because of their very knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking employees. I have never been steered wrong in my years of doing business with them since 2008. Al Pelizerri leads the team with his outgoing personality and Customer Focus. Despite an insanely busy schedule he somehow makes time to return calls and squeeze walk-ins into his schedule. He only gives advice that he would follow himself. In this last visit Mike from the Service Department gave excellent advice and service to my 2013 Elantra on my recent visit 10/8/19. In my experience, all of the Representatives who work in the Service Department are excellent. It is a well organized and excellent dealership. More
