Family Experience Walked in the door and was greeted with smiles and cheerful greetings. Directed to George Hasenjaeger (salesman). Discussed buying a Kono. W Walked in the door and was greeted with smiles and cheerful greetings. Directed to George Hasenjaeger (salesman). Discussed buying a Kono. Went back and forth each time giving a little and getting a little. Decided to think about it overnight but before we left talked with Bob who tried just as hard as George but we still decided to think about it overnight. Received a call from Graham who also asked us to come back and talk some more. Went back the next day and talked some more with George and decided to buy. During the handling of paperwork we interacted with Amy who was a wealth of helpfulness. Continuing on we talked with Al from customer service and was informed of many options, some of which we took advantage of. Onward to Joe from financing. He also informed us of options. The whole experience was pleasant with the going back and forth regarding the price and added fun experience. More
