Great first time buyer experience I originally went in to check out one of the used cars, but ended up leaving with a 2020 Elantra. Basco was very helpful, patient, and informative thr I originally went in to check out one of the used cars, but ended up leaving with a 2020 Elantra. Basco was very helpful, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. As a first time buyer, I was hesitant on making my decision, but I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying. I brought the car back a few days later to have a remote start installed and had another great experience. I was in and out pretty quick with the loaner car. Jim was nice enough to help me move my son's carseat between the 2 cars. I was expecting this to be an all day thing, but got a call a few hours later that it was done. I am very happy with my decision to buy the newer car and would definitely recommend Family Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car. More
