Frustrated Sale person was knowledgeable and personable. Pricing was an issue. What I thought was the price without trade in was the price with the trade in. Sale person was knowledgeable and personable. Pricing was an issue. What I thought was the price without trade in was the price with the trade in. Then they tried to sell me a bunch of crap. Tire and rim protection? Really? Once we had an agreed price, I had to wait over an hour before I finally signed the paperwork for the loan. Ended up being there over 4 hours. More

Service Center I made an appt. for my first oil change since purchase. Even though they were overwhelmed with cars, I was met with someone immediately, went to wait I made an appt. for my first oil change since purchase. Even though they were overwhelmed with cars, I was met with someone immediately, went to waiting room for a cup of coffee and shortly thereafter my car was ready, they checked everything, explained and car was sitting outside and ready to go. I highly recommend this service center. More
