He explained and demonstrated all aspects of the car, and was a whiz in connecting my phone with all the technological components of the car. The vehicle I traded in was eight years old and I had no idea auto technology had changed so much in eight years. I know I'll be calling him to find out how to change a feature or how to set something up. Only Gates services my vehicles. The service department always friendly, always helpful. Jobs done right the first time. Never any do-overs. Kathy and Brian have been in the service department all the years I've been going to Gates. They always explain what repairs/service was done and what future maintenance/service may be needed. Gates is a great dealership. No pressure or pushy people. They will work with you in any way possible to make you a happy customer. More
