Gateway felt very much like a small dealership rather than a large one. Everyone was pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. It was a rather no-nonsense approach, which is what we prefer. Once we agreed on a deal, we informed Alan and his team that we would be coming in the following day to sign the paperwork but wanted everyt prefer.
