Alan was very polite and worked with us to get us into a truck that we liked. The vehicles we had picked out from the online inventory were all sold already, but Alan managed to come up with another truck truck that we liked. Even though Alan admitted to being very new to the sales position, we think he did an excellent job and will only improve with more experience. More
