During the waiting periods various people on the staff were always making sure we were comfortable and if we required anything while we were waiting. For over a year, my wife and I have been watching the KOONS VOLVO website, waiting for that special Blue V60. Two weeks ago, it was on the lot. We stopped by, spoke to Michael and now we're answering this survey in the positive. We love our Certified 20024 V60 B5 Cross Country Plus. Both my Daughter, who owns a V60 B5 and we live less than 10 minutes away from KOONS Volvo, finding service for our cars is not a problem. When we recently noticed that a cover on the ISOFX child's seat attachment point was missing, I stopped by the Parts department and asked if they had the part available. George Burke pleasantly said "got one" and I was on the road again. I'd also like to commend the friendly receptionist who gave me my new tags and escorted me to the Parts department. The excellence of the Car and Dealership complement each other. More

I was very happy with the service I received. There are two things I would change though. The first would be that when someone makes an appointment the service advisor also calls the person at work if it’s during working hours. Phones are not permitted in my building and parking is really far away so it doesn’t make sense for me to keep walking back-and-forth to check my phone to see if my car is ready. The second thing I would change is that although I used the concierge service I brought the loaner car back to koons and picked mine up because it was easier for everyone. I still got charged a four dollars toll, which koons would’ve been charged if they had delivered my car to me, so I don’t think that was right that I had to pay that. Although it’s very small amount, it’s the principle of it. I really like this service center, and I’m treated very well here otherwise! More
