Poor Service I took my vehicle in for some recall updates. I also asked them to check the alignment as I had it done a couple weeks prior and it still seemed off. The original technician never checked it, I called and spoke with the manager Allen who then had someone check it and discovered that is was still not in alignment. I paid for Basney Honda to do another alignment and then took it directly to a tire store for new tires which was maybe half a mile away. After dropping the vehicle off there I get a call and the alignment is still off and needs to be done yet again. I take the receipts back to the manager Allen who starts yelling about his machines could not be wrong and refuses to admit that the work was done poorly. I will never return to this location again. More
